At Grüns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
